About Dr. Valles

For more than three decades, Dr. Robert “Rocky” Valles, Jr. has dedicated his life to helping people discover their potential, overcome obstacles, and become the best version of themselves.
He has served as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal, and Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. He holds a doctorate in School Leadership & Policy from the University of Southern California.
