Dr. Valles has served in the field of education since 1995, serving as a teacher, coach, executive school district administrator, and university professor. He's assisted many students and families navigate through their respective educational journeys, career paths, personal struggles and challenges. With his 10 years of experience in human resources, he's assisted many employees with their challenges in the workforce as well. He has over 25 years of experience working with teenagers, adults, and leaders.

Dr. Valles is married to his wife Martha, and together they have five children and two grandchildren. His experiences are broad and vast. Since 1990 he's been interested in studying and researching behavioral and cognitive theory and mindset training.
